I take a thoughtful, individualized approach to therapy. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, I work collaboratively with you to understand your experiences, your patterns, and what meaningful change looks like in your life.

My work is especially informed by experience with trauma, addiction, and life transitions, and I focus on helping you feel more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself again.

Many people come to therapy unsure if it will really make a difference. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start.

We’ll take time to understand what you’re going through and what you want to change. From there, we can begin to create a path forward that feels supportive, practical, and tailored to you.

I work with adults and teens facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and major life transitions.

I also support individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, including those navigating isolation or changes that come with aging.

My approach is integrative and tailored to your needs. I draw from evidence-based and trauma-informed methods, including EMDR, to help process difficult experiences and support lasting change.
